Twin-soft provided the following strategic planning and operational and technical analyses:

• Led Strategic Analysis and Planning of Network DMZ Consolidation, including analyzing and “war gaming” possible courses of action. Evaluated potential DMZ hosting facilities and assessed impacts of consolidation on all locations and networks.
• Gathered and documented requirements for prototype Portal Framework. This included:
• Identifying functionality requirements,
• Designing structure and layout
• Establishing content management business rules
• Defining user/group management approach and Standard Operating Procedures for administrators
• Evaluating additional technology components—workflow, content management, etc.
• Gathered requirements, defined business processes, implemented, tested, and managed (both content and users) SharePoint-based Legislative Testimony Prep. Also provided user training and documentation and
• numerous executive briefs.
• Built executive dashboard providing an aggregate view of critical data (manpower/readiness metrics, key program status, etc.) from multiple organizations and systems.
• Built executive dashboard, allowing leadership to track total lifecycle status (across Combat Development Command, Systems Command, and Logistics Command) of fulfillment on approved Urgent UNS requests.
• Built SharePoint sites for internal collaboration.

• Defined business processes and functional requirements for 2nd generationLegislative Testimony Prep application, based on SharePoint and CorasWorks.
• Performed all testing, managed content and users, defined new Standard Operating Procedures and provided all user documentation and training.
• Built SharePoint sites for collaboration.
• Defined Business and Technical Requirements for a next generation system to manage correspondence and tasks across the military enterprise.
• Gathered requirements, defined business processes, implemented, tested, and managed SharePoint-based Invitations Calendar (with workflow for recommendations and for delegation of events to representatives). Provided user training and documentation and numerous executive briefs to military leadership.
• Evaluated options for enterprise Records Management
• within a SharePoint Portal environment.
• Provided SharePoint Portal Site/User support to an audience of roughly 1000 users.
