Jim Harrison, President & Chief Technology Officer

Jim Harrison has 25 years of high-tech executive and management experience in the technology sector. He is a well trusted advisor and recognized thought leader in applying technology to solve business problems. At Twin-Soft, he is highly sought after for his vision and strategy in the technology arena at the CIO level. Prior to Twin-Soft, Jim spent a decade at META Group, an influential IT research and advisory services firm (acquired by Gartner Group), where he played a key role in the transformation of the company from a 35-person start-up to a 700-person, publicly-traded company with operations in more than 30 countries.

In addition to his executive management responsibilities at META Group, Jim has directly advised hundreds of Global 2000 organizations on their technology strategic planning, vendor selection and implementation logistics. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Julie Holdren, CEO & Founder

Julie Holdren is responsible for executive management and operations. She has over 20 years experience in the technology sector and has lectured extensively on technology in academic and business forums throughout the United States. She is a recognized business and technology leader, offering expert insights in print, on radio, and on news programs such as CNN, NBC, and CBS. Prior to founding Twin-Soft, Julie founded and served as CEO of Olympus Group, a firm specializing in custom software development and data management.

Julie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from George Mason University. She is a member of the Advisory Board to the George Mason University School of Information Technology and has chaired the school's Information Technology Alumni Committee in past years. She has also served on the boards of directors of the Girl Scouts of the Nation's Capital, the Alexandria Virginia Chamber of Commerce, and the Greater Washington Board of Trade.

Mohammed Onibudo, Vice President & Network Operations Practice Lead

Mohammed Onibudo ("Mo" as the Twin-Soft family knows him) brings his beaming smile and over 17 years experience in the technical world to Twin-Soft. With multiple Microsoft certifications and experience in portal technology, networking, database applications and many other utilities, Mo has led multiple enterprise solutions for Twin-Soft clients utilizing portal technologies.

Before coming to Twin-Soft, Mo worked in enterprise network administration at both at Bearing Point and Olympus Group. Mo holds a Bachelors Degree in Architecture and a degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of the District of Columbia.
